Museum Markets Schedule
The Museum Markets, are located in the beautiful surroundings of the Museum Gardens with Lake Alford and it's parks and picnic areas as a backdrop. At each of the Markets there will be added attractions, working displays and Special Deals. The Markets are held on:
The 1st, 3rd and 5th Sunday of each month.

Other Special Events
There is also other working displays on show at various dates and times so bring the whole Family and have a Fun Day Out, and discover the History of Gympie and see working attractions. One of the major attractions is the running of the Boiler and associated Steam Winding Engine, Compressor and Generator. The next Running and Steaming Days are:
Sunday/Monday 24th/25th August - at the beginning of Muster week. School excursions welcome
Saturday/Sunday October 11th/12th 2008 in conjunction with the Gold Panning Championships, as part of the Goldrush festival - added on 6/07/08 @ 07:00 pm The Dates and Times for other Special Events and Attractions are:
